Together, your guides Elizabeth Fadell and Glenna Gerard, bring 40+ years of business and leadership experience to the Entrepreneurs Walkabout. They are both entrepreneurs who have founded and run businesses of their own. You will be able to draw upon their backgrounds in Quality & Business Systems, Strategic Thinking & Planning, Systems Thinking, Dialogue, Generative Leadership, Coaching & Facilitation. In addition, they bring a unique ability to integrate indigenous nature-based practices in their work, and catalyze breakthrough shifts in thinking, planning and business results. Having done extensive international work, both Glenna and Elizabeth bring an appreciation for the intercultural dimensions of running a business.
